Boost Live is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides social media promotion services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics across various social media platforms. We act as an intermediary connecting you with third-party service providers.

03Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, API key).
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

04Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed in advance. You must have sufficient balance in your account before placing an order.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies. cannot be modified after submission.
  • We accept payments via the methods listed on our Add Funds page. All deposits are final.
  • Orders are processed automatically. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on service provider availability and platform conditions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order that violates our terms or the policies of the target social media platform.

05Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for orders that are not delivered or partially delivered within the estimated timeframe. only for orders that have not started processing.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the support ticket system within 7 days of order placement.
  • Completed orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are credited to your account balance, not to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed orders, even if the results are later removed by the social media platform.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

06Service Delivery

  • We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to high demand or platform restrictions.
  • We do not guarantee exact delivery times or completion rates.
  • Partial delivery may occur. In such cases, a partial refund proportional to the undelivered quantity will be issued.
  • We do not guarantee permanent results. Social media platforms may remove followers, likes, or other engagement at any time.
  • Speed and start time of orders depend on the service provider and current workload.

07Prohibited Activities

  • Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer our platform or API.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or bonuses.
  • Reselling our services without authorization (unless using the Child Panel or API features).
  • Submitting false or fraudulent payment claims or chargebacks.
  • Using our services to promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

08Limitation of Liability

Boost Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account. We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts as a result of using our services. "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

09Privacy & Data

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (email, username, payment details).
  • We do not store your social media passwords. We only require public profile URLs or usernames.
  • Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. You may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
