These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PastePanel platform, the websites at pastepanel.com and every domain connected through our Service, and any associated applications, APIs, dashboards, templates, emails, support channels, and ancillary services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, connecting a domain, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “PastePanel”, “we”, “us”, “our” — the operator of the Service.
- “You”, “your” — the individual or legal entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
- “Account Holder” — a registered user who manages one or more panels.
- “End-Customer” — a visitor or registered user of a panel you operate.
- “Panel” — an SMM storefront instance hosted on our infrastructure and served at your custom domain.
- “Customer Content” — all data, branding, images, product catalogues, configuration, and other material you or your End-Customers upload to or generate within the Service.
- “Platform” — the PastePanel software, infrastructure, interfaces, APIs, and documentation that comprise the Service.
2. Who we are
PastePanel is a hosted platform that enables operators to run a branded Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel on their own custom domain. We provide the hosting infrastructure, application software, security stack, SSL automation, and operational tooling. You bring the domain, the branding, the services, and the customers.
3. Eligibility & account requirements
3.1 Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If we discover that an account is held by a person under this age, we will terminate it immediately and delete all associated data.
3.2 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or disposable information may be suspended or terminated without notice.
3.3 Account security
You are responsible for:
- Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
- Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available — we strongly recommend this.
- Securing any API keys generated through your account.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
- Notifying us immediately at Support of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise.
We may implement additional security measures (sign-in alerts, device-trust mechanisms, IP-based restrictions) and strongly recommend enabling all available security features. You accept full responsibility for any consequences of choosing not to enable available security features.
3.4 One person, one account
Each individual may maintain only one Account Holder account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, evade enforcement, or abuse free-tier limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
4. The Service
4.1 What we provide
- A multi-tenant panel application hosted on our infrastructure, accessible at your custom domain.
- Automated SSL/TLS certificate issuance and renewal for each connected domain.
- A customer-facing storefront, admin dashboard, order pipeline, category and service management, payment integrations, and support-ticket tooling.
- Theme and branding customisation options.
- API access for programmatic integration.
- Reasonable uptime operation, continuous security patching, DDoS protection, and regular encrypted backups.
- Support through the in-app ticketing system.
4.2 Service evolution
The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add features, modify existing functionality, change defaults, deprecate capabilities, or retire features that are rarely used. We will handle changes as follows:
- New features and improvements: deployed without prior notice (these benefit you).
- Material reductions of existing functionality: announced at least 14 days in advance where practicable, via the dashboard or email.
- Emergency changes (security patches, critical bug fixes): deployed immediately without advance notice to protect the platform.
4.3 Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible), emergency maintenance, infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate outages promptly.
5. Your content & your customers
5.1 Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights in your Customer Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us or of our intellectual property to you.
5.2 Licence to us
You grant PastePanel a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, display, cache, back up, and process your Customer Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service for you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.
5.3 Your responsibility for End-Customers
You are the data controller for your End-Customers' personal data and are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect, store, and process their data.
- Publishing a clear privacy policy on your panel that accurately describes your data practices.
- Honouring their data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability).
- Complying with all applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your End-Customers.
- Ensuring the services you sell and the content on your panel comply with applicable laws.
Our role with respect to End-Customer data is strictly that of a processor acting on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.4 Content standards
You warrant that your Customer Content does not and will not:
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights.
- Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Include content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, nor permit any third party to use it through your account, to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law, regulation, directive, or third-party right.
- Send, facilitate, or enable the sending of spam, phishing attempts, spoofed communications, or fraudulent messages.
- Host, distribute, or transmit malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, worms, trojans, rootkits, keyloggers, or any other harmful, malicious, or destructive code.
- Attempt to probe, scan, penetrate-test, or test the vulnerability of the Service, its infrastructure, or any other customer's panel, except as part of a responsibly disclosed security research programme with our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, credential stuffing, brute force, social engineering, or any other means.
- Interfere with, disrupt, degrade, overload, or impair the operation, performance, or availability of the Service, our infrastructure, or any other customer's panel.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data from it without our prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicence, lease, or redistribute access to the Service itself (as opposed to operating a panel for your End-Customers, which is the intended use).
- Resell services in a way that deceives End-Customers about who is providing them, or that misrepresents PastePanel as the counterparty to their transactions.
- Use the Service for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to build a competing product or service.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions of the Service.
- Use the Service to engage in any activity targeting minors, including but not limited to soliciting, grooming, or exposing them to inappropriate content.
- Use the Service to promote, facilitate, or engage in human trafficking, forced labour, or modern slavery.
- Use the Service to promote, incite, or glorify violence, violent extremism, terrorism, or hate speech against any individual or group.
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to store or transmit data that you do not have the legal right to possess, use, or transmit.
We may investigate any suspected violation, cooperate with law enforcement where legally required or where we believe in good faith that cooperation is warranted, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules — with or without prior notice depending on the severity and urgency of the violation.
7. Prohibited services and content
Even within the SMM space, certain categories of services and content are strictly prohibited on the platform. These include, without limitation:
- Services that automate the creation or amplification of abusive, harassing, or threatening content.
- Services designed for impersonation of private individuals (distinct from fan or parody accounts clearly labelled as such).
- Mass-reporting, mass-takedown, or mass-flagging schemes against third parties.
- Deepfake generation, distribution, or services for the purpose of harassment, fraud, defamation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Any service or content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will result in immediate and permanent termination without notice, preservation of evidence, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities.
- Services whose ordinary operation requires compromising the security of another person's account (e.g., account hacking, credential theft, session hijacking services).
- Sale or distribution of stolen data, personal information, credentials, or financial instruments.
- Sale of regulated substances (drugs, weapons, explosives) where prohibited by applicable law.
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or other forms of investment fraud.
- Services that facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Services that exploit vulnerable populations or discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics.
- Any content or service that a reasonable person would consider illegal, harmful, or grossly unethical.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any service or content violates this section. Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Domains, DNS, and SSL
8.1 Domain connection
Connecting a domain to the Service requires pointing your domain's nameservers or DNS records to our infrastructure as instructed. You remain the registrant and owner of the domain at all times. PastePanel does not take ownership of your domain, does not lock your domain, does not hold your domain hostage, and has no registrar-level control over your domain.
8.2 Domain release
You may repoint your domain away from our infrastructure at any moment. The platform will release the domain gracefully — no transfer fees, no lock-in period, no penalty.
8.3 SSL certificates
SSL/TLS certificates are provisioned automatically through publicly trusted certificate authorities, governed by their respective subscriber agreements and certificate policies. By enabling SSL on a domain, you accept those third-party terms for the duration of the certificate. We automate issuance and renewal; you do not need to manage certificates manually.
8.4 Domain requirements
Only the apex (registrable) domain is accepted for panel hosting. Subdomains (e.g.,
www.example.com, shop.example.com) should be redirected to the apex at your
registrar level. We may expand subdomain support in the future.
8.5 Domain compliance
You warrant that you have the legal right to use any domain you connect to the Service, and that connecting it does not infringe any third party's rights. We reserve the right to disconnect a domain if we receive a valid legal complaint or if the domain is used in violation of these Terms.
9. API usage
9.1 API access
We may provide API access to certain Service features. API keys are confidential credentials and must be treated with the same security as passwords. Do not embed API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or any location accessible to unauthorised parties.
9.2 Rate limits
API endpoints are subject to rate limits that may vary by endpoint, account tier, and current platform load. Rate limit headers are included in API responses. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or blocking.
9.3 API changes
We may modify, deprecate, or retire API endpoints. Material changes to stable endpoints will be announced in advance where practicable. We recommend that API consumers implement error handling for unexpected responses.
10. Fees, free tier, and future paid features
10.1 Current pricing
At the current time, the Service is offered free of charge, including the first five custom domains per account. This free tier may be adjusted in the future.
10.2 Future paid features
Additional domains, premium features, and enhanced capabilities may be offered as part of paid plans in the future. Where a paid plan exists:
- Fees will be clearly stated in advance of purchase.
- We will not retroactively charge for capabilities you already use under the free tier.
- Paid plans will include clear descriptions of what is included and any usage limits.
- Billing terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures will be published alongside the paid plans.
10.3 Your revenue
PastePanel does not take a share of the money you collect from your End-Customers. Funds your End-Customers pay through your panel settle with your configured payment providers, not with us. We have no claim, lien, or interest in those funds. Your financial relationship with your End-Customers is entirely between you and them.
11. Support
Support is available to every Account Holder through the in-app Support ticketing system. We aim to respond to all tickets within a reasonable timeframe. Priority is given based on issue severity:
- Critical: Service outage, security incident, data loss — addressed as quickly as possible.
- High: significant feature malfunction affecting operations — addressed promptly.
- Medium: general questions, feature requests, minor issues — addressed in order.
- Low: informational inquiries, feedback — addressed as time permits.
Premium support with response-time SLAs may be available under paid plans if and when offered.
12. Security & data protection
12.1 Our security commitments
We operate the Service with defence-in-depth as a core design principle:
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 for all connections; AES-256 encryption at rest for all stored data.
- Authentication: bcrypt password hashing with per-user salts; two-factor authentication (TOTP and email-based); trusted-device memory; progressive rate limiting.
- Tenant isolation: strict multi-tenant separation at database, application, and cache layers.
- DDoS protection: multi-layer filtering at L3/L4 and L7 with automatic traffic analysis, intrusion detection, and adaptive blocking.
- Backups: automatic daily encrypted backups stored on separate infrastructure.
- Patching: continuous security updates for the operating system, runtime, and all dependencies.
- Audit logging: comprehensive logging of security-relevant events.
- Access control: principle of least privilege for all internal access.
12.2 Your security responsibilities
No security system is invulnerable. You remain responsible for:
- Choosing strong, unique credentials and keeping them confidential.
- Enabling all available security features (especially 2FA).
- Securing any API keys you generate.
- Monitoring your account for suspicious activity.
- Notifying us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
- Ensuring the security practices of your own End-Customer-facing operations.
12.3 Data protection
Our detailed handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described therein.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 Our intellectual property
The Service — including its source code, object code, software, interfaces, design, templates, documentation, logos, trademarks, trade names, and brand elements — is and remains the exclusive property of PastePanel and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
13.2 Limited licence to you
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service as intended for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use PastePanel's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
13.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without obligation to you. Do not submit feedback that contains your confidential information.
13.4 DMCA and copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on a panel hosted through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to us through Support or contact including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We will process valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.
14. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services that you choose to enable, including but not limited to:
- Payment processors selected by you when configuring your panel.
- Upstream SMM service providers that fulfil the orders your End-Customers place.
- Certificate authorities for SSL/TLS issuance.
- Transactional email providers for system notifications.
- Push-notification providers for browser/device alerts.
Your use of any third-party integration is subject to that third party's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control. PastePanel is not responsible for the availability, uptime, pricing, accuracy, content, data practices, or conduct of any third-party service. We do not endorse any third-party service by making it available as an integration.
You are solely responsible for your relationship with any third-party service provider, including compliance with their terms and applicable laws.
15. Suspension & termination
15.1 Voluntary termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. On deletion:
- Everything attached to your account and panels — admin users, End-Customer accounts, orders, payments, tickets, services, categories, configuration, branding, API keys, and all associated data — is permanently and irreversibly erased.
- We cannot recover deleted data afterwards, even with a support request.
- Encrypted backup copies expire within the backup retention window (currently 30 days).
- Connected domains are released and will stop serving your panel immediately.
15.2 Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account, or any specific panel or domain within it, if we believe in good faith that:
- You have breached these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
- You have violated applicable law or regulations.
- Your account or panel poses a risk to the security, integrity, or availability of the Service or other customers.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will attempt to notify you before taking action).
- Continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal liability.
Where the severity and urgency of the situation permits, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before suspension or termination. Where the situation requires immediate action (for example, an ongoing security incident, CSAM, or active abuse), we may act immediately and notify afterwards.
15.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination (whether by you or by us):
- Your licence to use the Service terminates immediately.
- You must cease all use of the Service.
- We may delete all data associated with your account in accordance with our retention policies.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: Definitions, Your Content (ownership provisions), Acceptable Use, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous.
15.4 Data export before termination
Before deleting your account, you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain. We recommend using the data export features available in the dashboard. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PASTEPANEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY — that the Service is fit for commercial use.
- WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
- WARRANTIES OF TITLE — that our right to provide the Service is unencumbered.
- WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT — that the Service does not infringe third-party rights.
- WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY — that the Service will produce accurate or complete results.
- WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE — that the Service will be available without interruption.
- WARRANTIES OF ERROR-FREE OPERATION — that the Service will be free of bugs or defects.
- WARRANTIES OF SECURITY — that the Service will be immune to all security threats.
You acknowledge that no service can guarantee absolute security or 100% uptime, and you use the Service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
17.1 Exclusion of consequential damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PASTEPANEL, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or income (whether direct or indirect).
- Loss of data, Customer Content, or End-Customer data.
- Loss of business, business opportunities, contracts, or goodwill.
- Loss of anticipated savings.
- Cost of procuring substitute services.
- Reputational damage.
- Business interruption.
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF PASTEPANEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
17.2 Cap on liability
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The total amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred United States dollars (US$100).
17.3 Jurisdictional exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PastePanel and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:
- Your Customer Content and the content on your panel.
- Your use of the Service, including the services you sell through your panel.
- Your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Any dispute between you and your End-Customers.
- Any claim by an End-Customer arising from their use of your panel.
- Your failure to comply with data protection obligations as a data controller.
- Any tax liability arising from your commercial activities through the Service.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
19. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions or orders, sanctions, embargoes, labour disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks originating from third parties, hardware failures, or failures of third-party service providers. The affected party will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as practicable.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- Minor changes (clarifications, formatting, grammatical corrections that do not affect your rights or obligations) will be posted here with an updated effective date.
- Material changes (changes to your rights, our obligations, liability provisions, or significant operational changes) will be announced on the What's new feed, via the dashboard notification system, or by email, at least 14 days before they take effect.
If you disagree with a material change, you may delete your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
21. Governing law & dispute resolution
21.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PastePanel is principally established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
21.2 Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved as follows:
- Informal resolution: the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussion for a period of at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.
- Mediation: if informal resolution fails, the parties will attempt mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.
- Litigation: if mediation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, to which both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction.
21.3 Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this dispute resolution section remains in effect.
22. Miscellaneous
22.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and PastePanel regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
22.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
22.3 No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any right or provision will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of PastePanel.
22.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, upon reasonable notice to you.
22.5 No third-party beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Your End-Customers, for example, are not third-party beneficiaries of these Terms (their rights, if any, arise from your own terms with them).
22.6 Notices
Notices to you may be sent via the dashboard notification system, email to the address on file, or in-app announcements. Notices to us should be sent through the Support channel or contact page.
22.7 Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
22.8 Relationship of the parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and PastePanel. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf.
23. Contact
Legal, security, privacy, abuse, and copyright notices may be sent through:
- The in-app Support channel (recommended for account holders).
- The contact page (for those without an account).
We read and respond to every inquiry.
Plain-English summary: don't do anything illegal or harmful with PastePanel; you keep your data and your money; we'll run the platform securely and patch it quickly; we don't take a cut of your revenue; you're responsible for your own panel and customers; if something goes wrong, our liability is limited. The formal text above controls where it conflicts with this summary.
